Client: Professional Services Firm

Role: Senior Manager 

Role Description: Our client, a leading professional services firm, is supporting a major group with ~5,000 employees in Sharjah on a transformation initiative focused on restructuring and decentralizing their support services. The group currently operates shared services across Technology, Real Estate, and Healthcare, however the existing model is not functioning effectively due to the diverse needs of the business units. The Senior Manager will lead the redesign of the support services delivery model, including organization structure, governance frameworks, transition planning, and delegation of authority.

Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

Duration: 2 months

Capacity: Full-time (5 days/week)

Start date: December 1, 2025

Requirements:
