Role: Consultant

Role Description: Our client is looking for a Consultant to support on activation of a new entity that they are establishing and the scope of work includes:

• Detailing of governance architecture
• Entity setup and leadership design
• Decision rights and operating mechanisms (drafting of Delegations of Authority)
• Activation & change management (drafting of Governance Handbook, transition plan, etc.)

Location: Hybrid with onsite work in Riyadh

Duration: 4-6 weeks

Capacity: Full-time (5 days/week)

Start date: Immediately
