Role: EPMO/PMO Expert

Role Description: Our client is looking for a EPMO/PMO Expert to support them on a project. Responsibility include but are not limited to:

EPMO/PMO Framework

• Build detailed EPMO framework to link current and future strategic qualified projects to operating portfolios to design the best fit model for managing company overall projects based on the phased approach of the different phases of company operating model.
• Benchmark the (EPMO) framework to similar companies worldwide and public peers to design the best framework to be adopted.

EPMO stage gating (design and implement)

• Based on the current structure of the company, build a tailored EPMO stage-gating process to fit the current and futural operating model for the company (Timeline of development is needed)
• Validate the current set-up with SMEs opinions and cross-check it with proper benchmarks.
• Implement the new enhanced stage gating processes in alignment with the proper stakeholders.

Change Management

• Design and conduct educational campaign of the way forward regarding the transition of PMO to EPMO(SPMO) type along with the new mandate requirements engaging all internal stakeholders for buy-in and alignments.

Monitoring & Performance

• Set quantitative/ qualitative measures to assess the implementation of the EPMO framework and stage gating
• Support in constructing puse-check evaluation measures so the performance can be tracked as required.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Duration: 2-6 months extendable

Capacity: Full-time (5 days/week)

Start date: Immediately

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in management, Project Management, finance, Economics, Engineering
• Certificated related to PMO (e.g. PMP, PGMP,…etc.) is preferable
• Strong command of English (Arabic is a plus).
• Minimum 8 years experience
• Proven records in working in similar required expertise and sport industry is a plus
