Role: Strategy Execution Expert /Manager
Role Description: Our client is looking for a Strategy Execution Expert /Manager to support them on a project. Responsibility include but are not limited to:
Operating Model Execution Framework Development and Assessment
- Build detailed Planning and Execution framework to link current and future strategic frameworks to operating portfolios to design the best fit model for managing initiatives and related projects that are linked to the strategic growth of the company
- Benchmark the detailing framework for the strategic execution (EPMO) to similar companies worldwide and public peers.
- Assess the impact of leaning toward strategic PMO office and design the roadmap accordingly.
Alignment and Execution
- Alignment with stakeholders internally to get their buy-in before implementation
- Conduct educational campaign of the way forward regarding the transition of PMO to EPMO(SPMO) type
- Implementing the framework supported by internal required stakeholders in a phased approach way
Monitoring & Performance
- Set quantitative/ qualitative measures to assess the implementation
- Support in constructing pulse-check evaluation measures so the performance can be tracked as required.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Duration: 2-6 months extendable
Capacity: Full-time (5 days/week)
Start date: Immediately
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in management, Strategic Management, finance, Economics, Engineering
- Certificated related to strategy and balance scorecard and PMO (e.g. PMP, PGMP,…etc.) is preferable
- Strong command of English (Arabic is a plus).
- Minimum 8 years’ experience
- Proven records in working in similar required expertise and sport industry is a plus
