Client: Corporate Sports Office
Role: Portfolio Manager
Role Description: Our client is looking for a Portfolio Manager to support them on a project. Responsibility include but are not limited to:
- Serve as the main coordination point between the investment team, PMO ,and portfolio company leadership.
- Track and ensure timely delivery of projects in line with approved business plans.
- Define, monitor and report KPIs across the portfolio supporting developing performance dashboards.
- Conduct financial modeling, IRR calculations, and scenario planning to support strategic decisions.
- Identify and drive value creation initiatives focused on growth ,efficiency ,and profitability .
- Prepare board and committee materials and ensure alignment across internal and external stakeholders
Location: Riyadh-based (hybrid flexibility possible)
Duration: 3-6 months extendable
Capacity: Full-time (5 days/week)
Start date: Immediately
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in management consulting (MBB or Tier-2 consulting firms preferred)
- Strong skills in financial modeling, analysis, and structured problem solving
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders independently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in hospitality entertainment development projects is a plus
