Role: Project Manager - Arabic Speaker
Role Description: Our client is building a high-level award recognition program and is looking for an Arabic-speaking Project Manager to support in designing, building, and executing the system and operating model. The role involves two key phases:
- structuring the awards system: finalize and organize the award system documentation and guidelines
- managing a pilot implementation, with close coordination across internal stakeholders and leadership: support the pilot launch of the award program, focusing on nominations collection and internal coordination
Location: Hybrid, with onsite work in Abu Dhabi
Duration: 2 weeks for phase 1, 4-6 weeks for phase 2
Capacity: Full-time (5 days/week)
Start date: Immediately
Requirements:
- Arabic Speaker (ability to deliver work in Arabic)
Nice to have:
- Previous experience working with government entities in the GCC
- Previous experience working on awards programs or similar recognition initiatives
