Client: Leading on-demand transport company in the Middle East
Role: Senior Consultant / Junior Engagement Manager
Role Description: Our client is looking for support in designing and validating a high-impact corporate and revenue diversification strategy. The Senior Consultant will serve as a strategic thought partner, helping to define the future direction of the company, and identify, assess, and prioritize new revenue streams that can materially contribute to client’s ambition.
Scope of work includes but is not limited to:
- Corporate Strategy Development
- Market Scan & Benchmarking
- TAM & Feasibility Sizing
- Strategic Prioritization
- Go-to-Market Blueprint
Deliverables:
- Long-term corporate strategy and growth thesis
- Revenue opportunity longlist with global benchmarks
- TAM and opportunity sizing model
- Prioritization framework and shortlist of high-potential revenue streams
- Go-to-market blueprints and business cases for selected initiatives
- Final board-ready strategy presentation with integrated corporate and revenue growth roadmap
Location: Primarily remote, with occasional travel to UAE as required by the client
Duration: 2 weeks with a potential extension
Capacity: Full-time (5 days/week)
Start date: Immediately
Requirements:
- Proven experience in corporate strategy and business growth projects, ideally within the technology or transportation sectors.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with expertise in market sizing, benchmarking, and building go-to-market strategies and business cases.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience preparing and presenting board-level strategy materials.
