Role: Engagement Manager
Role Description: Our client is seeking an Engagement Manager to support a government entity with research, benchmarking, and gap analysis, as well as the update of an existing strategy. The role will involve identifying key implications, and designing clear action items and next steps
Location: Hybrid with onsite presence in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates for key meetings and stakeholder interviews
Duration: 4 months
Capacity: Full-time (5 days/week)
Start date: April 2025
Requirements:
- Already based in the UAE
- Experience working with top tier strategy consulting firms
- Experience working with public sector or healthcare in the GCC
- Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to drive initiatives forward independently
- Excellent problem-solving skills and structured thinking
- Proven ability to interface effectively with clients and senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize findings and develop clear, compelling slide presentations
- Comfortable working in ambiguous or less-defined client environments, with the ability to bring structure and clarity
