Job Description

Client: Sovereign Wealth Fund 

Role: Associate Partner/Principal

Role Description: Our client is looking for an Associate Partner/ Principal to support the preparation of a turnaround program (performance improvement & cost reduction potential; a potential to expand beyond current client base, financing plan) for one of their portfolio companies.

Location: Riyadh 3-4 days and Dubai 1-2 days

Duration: 4 weeks for phase 1 (initial assessment of potential and key initiatives)

Capacity: Full-time (5 days/week)

Start date: Immediately 

Requirements: 

• Former experience working with McKinsey, Bain or BCG
• Expertise in performance improvement/turnaround/transformation projects
• Preferred experience in industrial/transportation
• Strong analytical background
• Ability to drive analysis with limited oversight
• Ability to work at high speed in a day-one-answer / answer-first manner (DD-style)
