Role: Senior Consultant/Associate - Arabic Speaker

Role Description: Our client is looking for an Arabic Speaking to support in the Target operating model design for multiple sectors and the government entities that operate in them. Responsibility include but are not limited to: 

• Sectoral current state assessment and benchmarking, inc. defining mandates, roles, service catalogue, org. structure and manpower for the country and from best practices
• Gap assessment between baseline and benchmark
• Target operating model design, including defining operating model archetypes, roles and responsibilities, mandate, policies and regulations, service catalog, org structure, manpower plan, budget, and private sector opportunities
• Design of top cross-functional processes
• Socio economic impact, performance management framework, and private sector engagement

Location: Doha, Qatar

Duration: 5 months (with possibility of extension)

Capacity: Full-time (5 days/week)

Start date: End of October

Requirements:

• Arabic Speaker

• Experience working in Qatar
