Role: Consultant

Role Description: Our client is looking for a consultant to support the end client, leading nonprofit organization in refining its corporate strategy, governance model, and operational framework.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• conducting strategic analysis
• identifying key priorities
• developing structured recommendations to enhance the organization’s long-term effectiveness and alignment with development goals
• working closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to provide data-driven insights, benchmark global best practices, and design an implementation roadmap for strategic initiatives
  

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Duration: 2 months

Capacity: Full-time (5 days/week)

Start date: Immediately 

Requirements: 

• Arabic Speaker
• 4+ years of experience in consulting, strategic planning, or nonprofit sector transformation
• Strong expertise in organizational analysis, stakeholder coordination, and governance structures
• Experience working with third-sector organizations, public-private partnerships, and government initiatives
• Ability to analyse complex challenges and provide structured, data-driven recommendations
