Client: International Consulting Firm 

Role: Consultant

Role Description: Our client is looking for a Consultant to develop an investment framework and subsidiary governance for their end client, Real Estate Developer in Jeddah

Given the small team size, the consultant needs to work independently and drive problem solving while handling most of the research and content development

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Duration: 6-8 weeks 

Capacity: Full-time (5 days/week)

Start date: November 25

Requirements: 

• Consulting background in a top tear consulting firm in the GCC

Nice to have: 

• Real estate experience preferred but not required
• Investment policy / framework experience preferred but not required
• Governance model experience preferred but not required
