Summary
Client: Corporate Sports Office
Role: Corporate Governance Manager
Role Description: Our client is looking for a Corporate Governance Manager to support the Governance Department daily operation of the client and its subsidiaries.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Development and updating of corporate governance policies.
- Support in drafting Policies, Procedures, SOPs and operational manuals for key business functions.
- Reviewing and enhancing the Delegation of Authority (DoA) at both board and operational levels.
- Designing governance frameworks based on best and advanced practices that will lead to improved and enhanced operating models within the company and its affiliation,( example work would include; framework and playbooks for subsidiary management and investment incubation processes.)
- Supporting the formation and documentation of governance committees and related charters.
- Contributing to training and awareness efforts across the organization.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Duration: 6 months
Capacity: Full-time (5 days/week)
Start date: Immediately
Requirements:
- 7–12 years of relevant experience in governance, operational excellence, and policy development.
- Experience with Saudi Arabia’s Companies Law and related corporate governance practices.
- A strong background in drafting governance-related documentation (SOPs, manuals, policies).
- Solid understanding of governance frameworks and regulatory practices within the Saudi context.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Nice to have:
- Preferred experience in the sports and entertainment industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).
